Parents, please complete the Acceptable Use Policy & ELBC Online Agreement Form.  Both forms must be completed for your student to receive a Chromebook.

1. Replacement Repairs/Fees
   • All fees for technology equipment are paid through SchoolCash Online.
   • SchoolCash URL - https://claytoncountyps.schoolcashonline.com
   • If a student loses or damages a device, AC adapter, etc., they'll report that to the school technician. A fee will be assessed on their IIQ account and the student will be told what item(s) need to be paid for in SchoolCash Online. SchoolCash provides a storefront interface to choose what item(s) you want to pay for. A receipt of payment will then need to be presented to the school technician for the fee to be removed and replacement equipment issued.
